Aardvark Recycling

Requirements:

Aardvark Recycling is a not-for-profit which collects commercial kitchen waste and turns it into compost. Additionally it runs a vegetable box delivery service to several council estates.
Coordinating all this data for the drivers doing collections and deliveries, then cross-checking that with the accounting system for the collection contracts and recording payments, was much too difficult.
A solution which combined all the data in one integrated system was necessary. This had to be usable by all the staff in the office as well as the drivers offline then entered into the system once the bins had been weighed

Our Solution:

Arctic Kiwi developed a bespoke system specific to Aardvark’s requirements which combined CMS functions, invoicing, billing, delivery management, reporting and reconciliation.
All of this has massively alleviated their workload, obviating the need for the documents and spreadsheets they were manually maintaining. This freed them up to focus more on their business rather than manual data entry and processing
